Cancellation Policy

Due to the increase in merchant fees, we will no longer be able to process tips on credit cards. Please do not add a tip to your payment when making your appointment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. You will be charged 50% of the service price if your appointment is canceled less than 24 hrs in advance. If you are a no-show you will be charged the entire service amount. We are unable to accept GIFT CERTIFICATES as payment online.
